Shipping Ashes:

Please wait to receive your customized mailing instructions before sending the ashes.

Soon after your order has been placed, you will receive shipping instructions via email. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to us.

Only a small amount of ashes are necessary, about the size of a tablespoon. Any extra ashes will be returned to you with your design.

STEP 1: We will send you a return envelope to send the ashes in. You can put the ashes into a small Ziploc bag and double bag it.

STEP 2: Write your name on the Ziploc bag, along with your order number.

STEP 3: Seal it in the padded stamped envelope we supply and mail it to us. Upon receiving your ashes, we will notify you. It will take approximately 10 days to be ready to ship.

The Process:

These bands feature three discrete openings on the inside bottom, where the ashes are carefully placed and then hermetically sealed to ensure they remain secure and close to you at all times.
